Amy Achgill with Global
Media Outreach
(GMO) will be our main speaker. GMO is using the Internet to bring
people to Jesus Christ. With over 100 different worldwide web sites,
thousands of people each day indicate decisions for Christ through GMO.
Then, we connect these seekers with Online Missionaries who respond to
them via email. You and your church can be Online
Missionaries,
reaching the nations from your computer or smart phone, anytime,
anywhere. This new paradigm of missions takes the gospel farther and
wider than ever before! |

Opportunity
in China: Don Beacham, along with Brad and Susan Evans from Grace
Community Church will be presenting a unique opportunity for DFW area
churches and believers to be involved in the start up of a ministry in
China at the request of Chinese church leaders. Come hear how this
could be a joint Metroplex ministry and how folks from your church
could help serve the house church movement in China. |

"Culture Reader" Shannon
Hopkins is a creative, entrepreneurial, out of the box
thinker who is driven by what it means to be missional in today's
changing culture. She is a former church planter and has developed
numerous projects which have sought to transform people and the places
in which they live. Shannon will be sharing information and resources
that she has gathered while living in London to study the
post-Christian, post-modern culture there in order to help churches
here in the USA. Recently, her team developed and led a campaign to
deal with human trafficking issues that influenced the legislature and
changed behavior and attitudes among young men who read their ads
regarding paying for sex. |

This
month's speaker has served for over 15 years in the Middle East among
Arab Muslims living in poor areas of large cities such as Cairo,
Damascus, and the Gaza Strip. The last 6 years he has lived
in
Baghdad, Iraq, as part of a small contextualized team serving in a
Shiite neighborhood. He will be sharing about what it means
to
carry out incarnational ministry to the poor in Muslim
contexts. Please come gain insights into
‘front
line’ ministry to Muslims, and ask questions! |
